Privacy policy

MarkeZoo helps teams plan, design, publish and measure social media posts for their brands. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how you can have it deleted. MarkeZoo is operated by Neurelic Labs Private Limited ("we").
1. What we collect
- Your account: your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider), and the workspace you belong to.
- What you put into MarkeZoo: brand profiles, products, campaigns, posts and their copy, images and videos you upload or create, listening keywords, and settings.
- Website reads: when you add a brand's website, we read its public pages and take pictures (screenshots) of up to three of them to show the read as it happens. Those pictures are kept with the brand for 30 days, then deleted. The home page picture is also added to the brand's assets, where you can delete it.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect a platform (for example a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account or a YouTube channel), we receive and store the account's ID, name, handle and picture, and the access tokens the platform gives us. Tokens are kept on our servers only; they are never shown in the browser or to AI assistants.
- Results of your posts: the links of published posts and the numbers the platforms report for them and for your accounts (such as likes, comments, shares, reach and followers).
- Analytics you connect: if you connect Google Analytics, we read traffic totals for your website by source and campaign. We don't receive data about individual visitors.
- Short links: if you use MarkeZoo short links, we count clicks per link and day and note whether a click looks like a bot or link preview. We don't store IP addresses.
- Technical data: sign-in session cookies, and basic server logs (time, address requested, errors) kept to run and secure the service. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your own browser.
We don't use advertising cookies or trackers in the app, and we don't sell your data.
2. How we use it
- To run the service: show your brands and plans, render artwork, and publish the posts that a person in your workspace approved.
- To publish to and read results from the platforms you connected, only for the accounts you connected and the brands you assigned them to.
- To show you analytics and reports about your own posts, accounts and website.
- To show a campaign report to the people you choose: if you create a report link, anyone with that link can see that one campaign's numbers, best posts and summary without signing in (never costs, drafts or team notes). You can turn the link off at any time; it stops working at once.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and send you service emails (such as confirming your email address).
Nothing is published without approval: posts go out only after someone in your workspace approves them. AI assistants working with MarkeZoo can draft and edit posts but can't approve or publish them.
3. Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others)
When you connect an account, the platform asks you which permissions to grant. We use them only for what you see in MarkeZoo: listing the Pages, profiles or channels you manage, publishing your approved posts and first comments, reading comments and insights for your posts and accounts, and deleting a post when you choose "Delete from" a platform.
Google user data: MarkeZoo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to upload the videos you approve, set their details and thumbnails, and show their statistics to you; we don't use it for advertising or to train AI models.
You can disconnect an account at any time on the brand's Publishing tab; its tokens are deleted. You can also remove MarkeZoo in the platform's own settings (for Facebook: Settings → Business integrations), which tells us to delete them too.
4. AI features
Some features use AI services, and only when you or someone in your workspace uses them: writing help and the in-app assistant (Anthropic's Claude), reading a website to draft a brand profile, and optional media tools you switch on in your workspace (for example image, video or voice-over generation, transcription and web research by vendors such as OpenAI, fal, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, HeyGen and Tavily). For each request we send only what that task needs, such as the brand profile, the post text or the media file. Each provider handles it under its own terms; we don't allow our providers to use it to train their models where they offer that choice.
5. Who else processes your data
We use these service providers to run MarkeZoo:
- Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: network, security and short-link redirects.
- Anthropic and the optional AI vendors above, for the AI features you use.
- Our email provider, for service emails.
- The social platforms and Google Analytics you choose to connect, which receive what you publish or request.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our users and the service.
6. How long we keep it
- Your content is kept until you delete it, archive and delete the brand, or close your account.
- Access tokens of a social account are deleted when you disconnect it or remove MarkeZoo on the platform.
- Logs and usage records are kept for up to 30 days, except billing records, which we keep as long as the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your data in the app at any time, disconnect accounts, and delete brands. To get a copy of your data or to delete your account and everything in it, write to [email protected] from the email address of your account. See Data deletion for the details. We answer within 30 days.
8. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Access tokens and API keys stay on our servers, each workspace can only see its own data, and access inside MarkeZoo is limited to what's needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects your data, we'll tell you.
9. Children
MarkeZoo is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. For significant changes we'll also tell account owners by email or in the app.
