Data deletion
Last updated 30 October 2026
You can remove a connected account, a brand, or your whole MarkeZoo account. Here's how, and what each one deletes.
Disconnect a social account
Open the brand in MarkeZoo → Publishing tab → Disconnect next to the account. MarkeZoo deletes the account's access tokens and stops publishing to it. Posts already published stay on the platform; delete them there or with "Delete from …" on the post first.
Remove MarkeZoo from Facebook or Instagram
On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find MarkeZoo and choose Remove. Facebook then tells MarkeZoo, and we automatically delete the access tokens for the Pages and Instagram accounts connected with your Facebook login and mark them as disconnected. If you also ask Facebook to delete your data, you get a confirmation code and a link where you can check the request.
Other platforms have similar settings (for Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections).
Delete a brand
Brand → Profile → Identity → Danger zone → Delete brand. This deletes the brand's profile, products, plans, posts, artwork and uploaded files.
Delete your account
Email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my MarkeZoo account". Within 30 days we delete:
- your sign-in account and your membership of the workspace;
- if you're the workspace's only member: all its brands, plans, posts, files, connected accounts and their tokens, settings and API keys;
- copies in backups, as the backups expire.
We keep only what the law requires (for example billing records). See the Privacy policy for what we collect.
MarkeZoo is operated by Neurelic Labs Private Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Questions? Write to [email protected].
